Emailing is a good way of communicating over the past 50 years. Emails are easy to understand and replay to. It is important to communicate in a business even to people that are not in the same area or country, emails are a good way to provide this communication

Emails are getting more used more every day, a lot of workers are spending more time on emailing, sending and reading (Because of the increase of globalisation), sorting, ordering fragmented information and wighting emails. There are many viruses that can be obtained via email.



Online Shopping-

Stock control, credit / debit card use so it is not needed to take around money. receipt so you know what you have bought and the price of each item. self-use you can scan the items yourself and play into a machine.

Electrical fault, unreadable bar codes, buy one get one free deals, power failure, expansive to install, adding new products to the system, credit / debit card problems, require maintain



Online Banking-

Easy to use and you don't have to go into a bank to take money out. Easy to get money from ATM's located around shopping centres. You could use credit or debit cards to pay for anything, instead of playing with cash and not actually going into the store.

While cheaking your banking account online, you could have an unoticed virus on your computer that you are using, a virus such as a "Keylogger" which tracks what keys you are entering on what program. You could be giving away your banking details.




Smart Phones-

Mobile phones have come along way, phones are being made smaller and more compact. Smart Phones have become most popular use of communication. Smartphones can be used for almost anything. With the unlimited number of downloadable applications, the GPS system and compact digital/video camera. Most recent spmartphones include the touchscreen with high-resolution. The most common mobile operating system (OS) used by modern smartphones are the Apple iOS, Google’s Android and Nokia’s Symbian.

Smart phones can also be a “distraction” to employees and students. Employees could be less productive being distracted by a smartphone. Students could be constantly checking their phone for updates to social networking websites or emails, ect. Smartpones could have an impact on out communication skills. Such as decreasing the interaction between workers, the reduction of verbal communication which could have the possibility of leading to miss communication.

Sex offenders / stalkers, people knowing all your friends, finding out where you live / what you are doing,
